Rental Application Requirements
To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, Please prepare the following documents for any showings and applying for rental property.
Complete and accurate submissions will help us review your application quickly.
1. Employment Letter:
Provide a recent employment letter on company letterhead confirming: Your position/title Length of employment Employment status (full-time, part-time, contract) Annual salary or hourly wage Employer’s contact information
2. Rental Application:
Please complete the Rental Application, at the bottom of the page in full.
You may request a copy directly from the listing agent. All sections must be filled out accurately to avoid delays in processing.
3. Full Credit Report:
Submit a full and current credit report from: Equifax, or Your financial institution/credit union.
The report must include your credit score and detailed credit history.
4. Recent Pay Stubs:
Provide your two (2) most recent pay stubs.
5. Bank Statements:
Submit a recent bank statement showing direct deposit of the pay stubs provided.
You may block the account number for security reasons.
6. References:
Two (2) personal references Contact information for your current landlord Include full names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
7. Photo ID:
A clear copy of valid photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport).
8. Status in Canada:
Providing a copy of your Permanent Resident (PR) card or other valid documentation confirming your legal status in Canada helps landlords to consider your application.
Important Notes:
All documents must be clear, complete, and legible.
Additional documents may be requested if required.
