Rental Application Requirements

Thank you for your interest in rent a property with us.

To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, please prepare the following documents. Complete and accurate submissions will help us review your application quickly.

1. Employment Letter:

Provide a recent employment letter on company letterhead confirming: Your position/title Length of employment Employment status (full-time, part-time, contract) Annual salary or hourly wage Employer’s contact information

2. Rental Application:

Please complete the Rental Application (Form 410) in full. You may request a copy directly from the listing agent. All sections must be filled out accurately to avoid delays in processing.

3. Full Credit Report:

Submit a full and current credit report from: Equifax, or Your financial institution/credit union The report must include your credit score and detailed credit history.

4. Recent Pay Stubs:

Provide your two (2) most recent pay stubs.

5. Bank Statements:

Submit a recent bank statement showing direct deposit of the pay stubs provided. (Please ensure account numbers are partially redacted for security.)

6. References Please provide:

Two (2) personal references Contact information for your current landlord Include full names, phone numbers, and email addresses.

7. Government-Issued Photo ID:

A clear copy of valid photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport).

8. Proof of Status in Canada:

Provide a copy of your Permanent Resident (PR) card or other valid documentation confirming your legal status, Student/ Work Visa in Canada.

Important Notes All documents must be clear, complete, and legible. Incomplete applications may not be processed.
